Dde Server Window Not Responding.

Would it affect Firefox browser in any way or affect the browser from getting auto update notice whenever there's update for Firefox since this happened or no? Hopefully I am right about my prognosis. Type "net stop snmp," press "Enter," type "net start snmp" and press "Enter" in the command prompt window to stop and start SNMP. Repeat the same steps to disable the Network DDE DSDM service as well.
