Every time I have called I get passed through about 5 departments with them asking my info and saying we will pass it along. Now my money is tied up with Dell and I have no computer and have lost 10 days so far in business. I paid nearly 2000 dollars and hours speaking with customer service and did not get my problem resolved so I just canceled the order. There were no tracking details provided when I ordered.
