The same command run with the ISO downloaded from techbench works, whilst if run with the ISO downloaded by Media Creation tool, it doesnt. It's only the /restoreHealth where I have issues. This feature is not available right now. The setup event logs mentions 3 errors, so presumably this is the issue. click site

In my case, it was because a file named "Advanced.Theme-Dark_Scale-100.png" was poorly supplied by Microsoft in the DSIM/CBS restore archives.
